Welcome to 4-PCE - Fo(u)r Peace Central Europe.

4-PCE is a common exercise for prospective UN military observers. The training centers of the countries Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Austria lead together trough this exercise in the area southeast of the Lake of Konstanz.

The aim of the exercise is to simulate a fictitious peace mission in the area to the prospective MILOB (Military Observer). An exercise scenario along real boarders, to give  the participants from around the world a chance to implement their knowledge, which they’ve learned trough out the last weeks. All participants are evaluated and controlled by experienced instructors from the four participating training centers.

The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Austria work strongly together to make the future UN Military Observers fit for their missions.

The final exercise of the 2012 Military Observer Course, organized by 4-PCE, is going to take place from the 21th of June to the 28th of June. For that reason you will find these days approximately 70 Military Observers from different nations in the area between the boarder lines of Germany and Switzerland.

Please feel free to join the opening ceremony on Friday 22nd of June in Lindau (GER), or the visitor day on Tuesday 26th of June at all Sector HQ’s or the closing ceremony on the 28th of June in Hittisau (AUT).
